Business Development Manager

The Company
Our client is an incubation DAO that builds projects at the frontier of decentralized finance and web3 technology. They act as a co-founder to nascent projects by building alongside builders, providing resources like smart contract development, security audits, financial engineering, token modelling, legal compliance, community building, partnerships, fundraising and more. They launch early-stage protocols through strategic internal incubation and our DeFi Base Camp accelerator program.

The Role
You will be a vital leader and builder, gaining key insights and experience by taking the initiative with relationships our client has with investors and ecosystem partners around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finding and establishing relationships with partners such as exchanges, DAOs, L1’s, L2’s, marketing agencies, market makers, accelerators, media houses, and so forth
  • Support the growth of investor and partner relationships 
  • Input into PR, events, and marketing campaigns 

Key Skills/Experience needed

  • Prior experience scaling a growth stage startup through effective partnership strategies and execution
  • Thoroughly understands the investment value chain, and the needs of investors and their acceptance criteria 
  • Ideally someone with pre-existing relationships with exchanges, L1’s, L2’s, marketing agencies, market makers, accelerators, media houses, and so forth that they can bring to the table
