Title – Dev Ops Team Leader 

Salary/Bonus – 100k/200k

The Company – A unique computer and network cybersecurity blockchain protocol is looking for an experienced solutions architect to help manage and assist their existing team. With a core global team our partner is now looking to scale their foundation with senior members who can teach, direct and assist current team members. A combination of both managing and developing is ideal.

Key Skills/Required/Experience needed 

Our partner is looking for a candidate with experience in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, Algorand, Avalanche and Cosmos. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and computer science degree. A minimum of at least 5+ years of experience as a Dev Ops Team Leader. The chosen candidate will be the right hand to both the CEO and CTO. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with global team members, therefore excellent communication in English is required. Lastly, you should be fascinated about the development of decentralised applications.

Key Skills (bullet points max 6)

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Dev Ops Team Leader or senior member. Experience managing global remote teams is a plus.

• A thorough knowledge about blockchain fundamentals and architectures.

• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Proficiency in cryptographic techniques and smart contract development 

• Ability to look after the follow tech stack – Golang, Solidity, Hyperledger, Open Source, Middleware, Python, Node.JS

• A deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

• Possess knowledge of how standards and ecosystems work:

Including but not limited an understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 token standards
