They are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Product to join their team and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of their product roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a competitive advantage in the DeFi ecosystem while ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for the DeFi platform, aligning with the company's overall mission and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including developers, users, partners, and community members, to gather feedback, identify market trends, and define product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure the platform remains at the forefront of the DeFi landscape.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities, timelines, and objectives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to measure product performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize the user experience.
- Work closely with marketing, business development, and community management teams to promote product adoption and user engagement.
- Continuously monitor the regulatory environment and ensure product compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
Key Skills;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the blockchain, DeFi, or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including decentralized exchanges, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment.
- Passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and the potential to transform the global financial landscape.
