The Company
This web3 marketing agency are seeking an experienced web3 investor relations manager to assist them in building our their fundraising service for their existing marketing client base

You’ll be using your own network, as well as continuing to build relationships within the web3 investor space with angels, tier 1/2/3 and family office investors to help them to find appropriate web3 companies which fit with their investment strategies.

Salary/Bonus: $50,000-$80,000+ Dependant on Experience

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Investor Relations Fundraising Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the fundraising process and assisting with the management of our network of investors. This includes working closely with team members to deliver services to existing investors, as well as performing outreach and managing relationships with new investors. You will be responsible for handling the contractual and organizational aspects of these partnerships, as well as acting as a point of communication between the organization and investors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of our network of investors, including delivering services and building relationships with new investors
• Handle the organizational and contractual aspects of partnerships with investors
• Act as a point of communication between the organization and investors
• Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth and successful management of the fundraising process

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with fundraising and investor relations a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
