Job Title: Principle Blockchain Engineer

Salary/Bonus: $250k + Package

Following a completed pre-seed raise they are now developing their innovative solution and are looking for an experienced Solidity smart contract engineer to help architect and build it. Experience needed:

• Strong experience in Solidity programming language and smart contract development on Ethereum blockchain.

• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, consensus algorithms, and smart contract architecture.

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing DeFi protocols, especially liquid staking and AMM systems.

• Experience with contract security design and review, and knowledge of common vulnerabilities and best practices for secure smart contract development.

• Experience in developing and testing smart contracts, including unit testing, integration testing, and security testing.

• Experience in deploying and managing smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet and testnets.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, and work collaboratively with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products.

• Familiarity with blockchain tools and frameworks such as Truffle, Ganache, Remix, and Web3.js.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively and critically about complex problems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Native to advanced English competency is a must

• 4+ years of experience building and releasing production grade Solidity contracts

• 8+ years of technical experience, degree in math or computer science

• Strong understanding of the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine), L2s, and the DeFi/Web3 ecosystem

• Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet

• Experience implementing complex math in Solidity

• Experience with React, and Node.js and other frontend technologies

• Desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development/Web3, and shape the tech stack as they build out new systems and services

Bonus Points For:

• Experiences with financial services or crypto trading systems.

• Passion for video games, data, and/or economics

• Backend experience, previous startup experience
