This web3 infrastructure provider is scaling their oganization from 100 to 300 employees in 2022, They're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is hyper-organized, efficient, and energetic to own scheduling across multiple roles and timezones, and ensure that every single applicant has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Key Job Detail / Experience needed;
You should be an expert multi-tasker with the ability to balance urgency and quality as well as a strong communicator across all mediums (Slack, Zoom, Email).
You should be highly detail oriented and have a desire to understand the crypto landscape, our tools, systems and processes will be key to your success.
You'll partner with our recruiters, interviews and hiring managers to provide an unstoppable candidate experience throughout each stage of the hiring process Acting as the face of the business including championing our culture and mission to potential candidates – helping to coordinate phone and video interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
You should be always looking for ways to increase efficiency, improve processes, and help our recruiting and scheduling processes scale
Experience tracking recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates to the Recruiting Team
Identify ways in which we can improve our candidate experience and scheduling efficiency, and collaborate on solutions
Support operational goals and programs on the Recruiting Team; we are looking for someone who is interested in owning both short & long-term projects, in addition to day-to-day candidate scheduling and logistics work. Ensuring a positive outcome for all candidates that apply as part of the hiring process regardless of the outcome
