This top10 blockchain venture is seeking senior engineers on a full time basis to develop their protocol and database. Working with talented like-minded developers you will be strategising and implementing new tools to scale their ecosystem whilst maintaining the current framework. Backed by multiple VCs and well funded, this well known brand is looking to invest in their team, to develop and promote from within this ever evolving tech landscape. 

Key Skills/Required/Experience needed 
• Mid to senior level engineers 
• Understanding of smart contract security and common pitfalls
• Experience of testing best practices
• Ability to work with high autonomy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong familiarity of Agile methodologies
• A never ending curiosity to learn and master new tooling and best practices

Key Skills (bullet points max 6)
• Take ownership over core parts of the protocol, from specification to implementation & maintenance
• Coordinate large scale upgrades and releases with other team members
• Perform internal code reviews as well as rigorous testing and verification practices • Assist the rest of the protocol team with writing and maintaining up to date documentation
• Stay up to date with relevant updates in the industry and foster a growing internal knowledge base
