The Company

A unique computer and network cybersecurity blockchain protocol is looking for an experienced Golang developer who has experience with smart contracts. With a core global team our partner is now looking to scale their foundation with senior members who can teach, direct and assist current team members.

Key Skills/Required/Experience needed 

Our partner is looking for a candidate with experience in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, Algorand, Avalanche and Cosmos. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and computer science degree. A minimum of at least 3+ years of experience as a Senior Golang Developer. The chosen candidate will be able to articulate which architecture they have developed and the reason behind the framework created for the project they worked on. Self-motivated and able to tackle challenging, complex problems in an individual or team-based setting. In general, you should be fascinated about the development of decentralised applications.

Key Skills 

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in Golang with experience developing in Typescript, Go, Rust, Python, JavaScript, or related languages

• Design and implement scalable APIs for various blockchain node services and experience building production web APIs

• Working experience with several of the following: Terraform, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes

• Drive strategic integrations with blockchain ecosystem products to enhance node services

• Support workflows to automate validator operations and onboard new networks

• Support CI/CD pipeline, node updates, and maintenance

• Deep understanding of having worked with smart contracts and understanding the core protocol concepts.

• A deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

• Possess knowledge of how standards and ecosystems work:

Including but not limited an understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 token standards

• Blockchain and smart contract development experience.
