Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies for our network. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns that drive adoption of this innovative solution and keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the Web3 industry. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are crucial. Knowledge of blockchain technology, its potential use cases, and experience in the industry is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that promote the project
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and events
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in blockchain
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals
• Manage a team of 7 marketing professionals (2 in the EU, 5 in North America/Canada), it will be important that the successful candidate has experience in creating efficient team dynamics and work processes to ensure teams stay motivated across different time zones and synergise effectively.
• Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to them.
• Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and make adjustments as needed using tools like Meltwater

Skills
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing Web2/Web3, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the Web3 industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience managing a team of marketing professionals
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing methods
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its potential use cases
• Strong understanding of various marketing tools and platforms such as analytics, marketing automation, and CRM
• Strong understanding of the target audiences and their needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
