They should be familiar with the intricacies of fundraising in a decentralized ecosystem, such as navigating the complexities of token economics, governance, and community building.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must for this role. The candidate should be able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner and be comfortable engaging with a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to business leaders.
